Mexican Lunch.
Each month starting this year, we have decided to sample a lunch from a different country. For February we were warmed up with a hot spicy Mexican Hotpot followed by a lemon drizzle cake with ice cream. The Mexican flag was put up in the conservatory as we talked about Mexico including the world cup in 1970. For tea there was Nachos, cheese and a selection of dips as well as other wonderful goodies. Vanessa had been busy all week making sombreros with our residents to add a little more atmosphere to the day. We did a quiz and listened to Mexican music. Ricky told us after he had thoroughly enjoyed his day.
