Community Uke
On Sunday we started our Christmas celebrations off with a wonderful afternoon of jolly songs and Christmas carols provided by ‘Community Uke’ our local Ukulele band. Starting off with ‘Frosty the Snowman’ it wasn’t long before we were all foot tapping and clapping our hands to the addictive music! It was good to see so many relatives and guests joining us for this fabulous afternoon… esp as it was such a nasty day outside with gale force winds and driving rain. After all that singing we tucked into an amazing buffet prepared by Jenney, Anna and Helen. We say big thank you to ‘Community uke’ for entertaining us today and making it so special for our residents.
