Our admission criteria is intended to ensure that we adequately meet the needs of the individual. Prior to admission, we will complete a pre-admission assessment of each prospective resident. This is over and above any assessment carried out by any other care professional. We are able to provide care for people over 65 years of age that have problems with the following:

• Dementia
• Enduring mental health problems, e.g. schizophrenia, chronic depression etc.
• Mental health problems through trauma - whether recent or ongoing
• Challenging behaviour
• Most physical ailments associated with old age
• Terminal stages of all of the above

We assess the individual requirements of potential residents to ensure that the correct level of care is maintained whilst ensuring that the well-being of our existing residents is not compromised.
